  5. Place the dough inside the Idyappam presser
  6. Take a idly plate and grease with some coconut oil and start pressing
  7. After pressing, place the plate inside the idly pot and steam for 10 minutes
  8. After 10 Minutes, delicious Ragi Idyappam is ready to serve. Serve with ghee fried coconut and sugar (I used natural sugar) or coconut milk with sugar.
