  1. Fistly take a bowl..add suji and dahi and mix it and make a smooth and running batter with water and put it aside for half hour…..
  2. After half hour add eno and mix it for some seconds….grease your idli maker with oil…put the batter in idli maker.and cook it in over for 4 minutes at 180'c….take out the idlis in a plate and cut the all idlis into 4 pieces
  3. Now take a pan add oil then chopped onions,spices,tomato ketchup,ginger garlic paste,soya sauce,chilli flakes…mix it gently…add idlis and mix it properly…serve it in a plate and garnish with organeo
