- Take a pan add water, 1teaso.chilli ginger paste salt to taste after water starts boiling add rice flour and keep stiring untill it cook after it became like dough trasfer it in a plate and spread oil in palms, make a soft dough.
- Now take a plate of steamer spread some oil in plate. Take mould of sev and place dough of rice in that mould and give it shape of iddiyappam on the plate of steamer, and steam for 5-10 min.
- Now take a pan add oil, mustard seed, cumin seeds, after it crackle add curry leaves, chana urad dal and cook untill it turns brown the add mint coriander paste, chilli ginger paste, then add pinch of haldi,add iddiyappam switch of flame add lemon juice and salt and mix roughly.
- After tadka, Do not mix so much otherwise iddiyappam will break, or you can give tadka over iddiyappam.
