  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the idly until it turns golden
  3. Heat oil add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and green chilli.. Saute it
  4. Now add finely chopped onions saute well until it's colour change
  5. Now add salt, tomato ketchup, chilli powder.. Mix it well
  6. Add fried idly mix well until it coat all the ingredients
  7. Finally garnish with coriander leaves
  8. Ready to serve with evening tea
