- Roast oats for 2 minutes on medium to high flame stirr continuesly.
- After 2 minutes off the gass and transfer oats into a big plate and kept at fan for cool down only for 2 minutes taken.
- In mean time make ready other material chop veggies.
- Take a bowl and put semolina, grated carrot, red capsicum, green chilli, coriander, spices, curd, some chilli flakes and oregano and mix well.
- Now oats wll cool down grind them make powder.
- Add this into suji mixture and make a smooth batter like idly use some water according to required.
- Now make ready idly stand by watering and greasing then spread some chilli flakes and oregano into moulds.
- Add eno into idly batter and mix gently. Put into idly moulds and steam for 5 minutes into microwave.
- In mean while make tadka/roopon :-
- For tadka – put oil into a pan crackle mustard seeds then off the gass add red chilli powder and green chilli and mix well.
- After 5 minutes idly wll be ready. Cool down for 1 minutes then demould.
- Now put into tadka pan and mix and cook only for 1 minute.
