  2. Take 1/2cup urad dal
  3. Take 1/4cup curd
  4. Take 1/4spoon fenugreek seeds

  7. Get 1teaspoon eno soda for one batch
  8. Make ready For stuffing
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon oil
  10. Get as required Oil for greased plates
  11. Get ,1 cup dry green Peas
  12. Make ready 1/2 chopped Capsicum
  13. Take 4-5 chopped fresh beans
  14. Take 1teaspoon green chilli paste
  15. Get 1teaspoon spoon garam masala
  16. Take as per taste salt
  17. Make ready 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Lentil and rice crepe stuffed with spicy curry of mixed vegetables (bhaji), cooked on tava with special blend of spices. Instructions to make Stuff and plain idly:
  1. Wash dal rice fenugreek seeds and poha then soak for 3 to 4 hours
  2. After 4 hours grind in mixer grinder and keep in warm place for 3 to 4 hours for fermentation
  3. Make simple idli… Grease with oil idli plates.divide idli batter in 2 part in one part add soda and salt makes gradually then pour idli batter in all idli greased plate.
  4. Then steam for 10 to 15 minutes.in 15 minutes your simple white idli is ready.
  5. For stuffing… soak green peas for 1 hour and.then cook in pressure cooker until become a soft.
  6. Now heat oil.add mustard seeds, cuminseeds, asafoetida,green chilli paste,curry leaves,beans and Capsicum.saute it. When beans little Cook then add turmeric powder Garam masala and cooked green peas.
  7. At last add coriander and lemon juice.mix well and cool down this mixture.
  8. Now maker stuffed idli add soda and salt in idli batter.mix gradually.then greas oil to all idli plates.pour little idly batter in all cavity.then put peas stuffing then cover with idly batter again.
  9. Now steam for 15 minutes.After 15 minutes your stuff Idly is ready to serve.
  10. Enjoy with healthy idly.
