  3. After fermentation add green chilli paste, garlic paste,ginger and oil mix it well. Put steamer on gas. Add eno in batter, pour batter in plate sprinkle some red chilli powder or black pepper powder and put plate in steamer. Steam idala on full gas for 25 minutes. Serve with green chutney.
