- Take a mixing Bowl. Add idli batter, salt, crush ginger garlic green chillies with Chilli cutter. Add handful coriander leaves.
- Mix it all well. Add sugar and 1/2 cup water and mix it well in pouring consistency.
- Keep steaming vessel on medium flame. Grease the plate.
- Take some batter in another bowl add baking soda 1 tsp water. Whisk it till it get pluffy.
- Pour the pluffy batter in greased plate/ thali. Sprinkle red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, cumin seeds
- Sprinkle coriander leaves. Put the plate in pre heated steamer. Close the lid put the flame Medium -high flame.
- Steam it for 15 min. Off the gas and let it get cool.
- Take it out from the vessel and put cut by knife. Sprinkle ground nut oil on whole Dhokla.
