  1. Take 1 cup urad dal
  2. Take 2.5 cup idli rava
  3. Take Salt
Instructions to make Idli Chutney:
  1. Wash & soak urad dal in water for 4-6 hrs. wash the idli Rava & drain out the water.Keep it covered.
  2. Grind the urad dal into fine paste.Mix the washed idli rava with the dal paste.Keep it covered in a warm place.Let it ferment for overnight.Next day morning add in salt & some water to adjust the consistency.
  3. Give a nice mix to the batter.Put the batter in greased idli stand.Place it in the steamer & cook for 10-15 mins.Serve hot with chutney & sambar.
