  1. In bowl add 2 cup rava and add salt and 2 tbsp curd with little amount of water mix it and rest for 15 min.
  2. Now take idli stand,grease with oil and put batter made from rava in it.
  3. Now in pressure cooker add one cup water and pre heat for 30 seconds and now put idli mould in it and close the lid by removing whistle of cooker. Leave it for 15 min and check.
  4. If you prick a toothpick and nothing sticks to it means your idli is ready yo serve.
  5. Now serve the idli with sambhar orr coconut chutney…
