- First keep in a pot water to boil pote add in it pinch salt,vinegar. pote cut from center then in + shape so small bites ban jae.
- Then after 15 mints take off and strain water.now fry chop onion and as golden add lehsan adrak paste then stir as colour change add tomato.
- Then cook as water comes out from tomatoes add all masala salt,coriander, haldi chilli and green chilli and bhonofy.
- Bhonofy then add last add yogurt in it cover so the kalegi and pote tender. As after 5mints again remove lid and stir your spoon continues so water dries. And serve with lemon so yummy ๐.
