- Give shape of nuggets. Keep oil to heat. Can shallow fry or deep fry.
- Make the cornflour slurry by mixing water and cornflour. Add the seasoning and salt.
- Spread bread crumbs on a plate.
- Dip each nugget in the slurry
- Then roll in bread crumbs
- Prepare all in such way.
- Now shallow fry in small batches
- Turn the side once browned evenly
- Remove on a kitchen towel
- Prepare all in such way.
- Enjoy tasty,crunchy healthy khichdi nuggets crispy on the outside and soft inside.
