  2. Take To taste Salt

  1. Take jowar flour in a bowl.
  2. Add salt & warm water to make a dough.
  3. Take a small portion & roll it like a chapati using dry flour as required. Can be done with help of hand also.
  4. Now heat a tava. Place bhakri on it, cook it for some time. When u see little bubbles on it change the side & cook it again.
  5. When it is cooked from both the sides cook it directly on gas flame from both the sides.
  6. Apply ghee on it & your healthy and nutritious bhakri is ready to be served. Serve it any chutney, vegetable or curry.
