  2. Prepare 2 greencapsicums cut in cubed shaped

  7. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder

  12. Take Oil for deep frying

Steps to make Chilli Soya Nuggets:
  1. Wash & soak the nuggets in a boil with little bit of salt for 15 minutes.Then put them in the cooker & give 1 whistle. Let it cool down & put it in the stainer so that all the water rinse away.
  2. Marinate with flour 2 tsp (besan),salt, llittle bit of red chilli powder & 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.Mix v well & keep it aside for an hour.
  3. Meanwhile heat 2 tbsp of oil in a karahi with chopped onions,1 tsp ginger garlic paste & cook till they become transculant.
  4. Now add red chilli powder,turmeric powder & salt,Saute for a second. Now add grinded tomatoes puree & cubed shaped capsicums.
  5. Cook till oil spreads from corners.
  6. After an hour,heat oil in a karahi & deep fry the nuggets till they become golden in colour. Take them out on a tissue paper so that excess oil is absorbed.
  7. Put the fried nuggets in the onion tomato gravy with 1 cup of water.cover it & cook on low flame till all the water is dissolved.
  8. Switch off the gas & serve hot as side dish or as starters.
