- Heat a big pan with oil and add dry masala saute a minute and add ginger garlic and green chilli saute till aroma has come
- Now add onions and saute till golden brown add soya and green peas saute a minute add rice and water by adding salt garam masala and green leaves after adding everything,
- I used microwave for 14 mins otherwise first boil came if using pot slow the heat till water dries up and whole seems on the top of rice
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with onion chilli raita. One pot dinner is sufficient for 4 people
