  16. Get 1/4 tsp MDH rajma masala
Steps to make Rajma Masala Curry:
  1. Wash and Soak kidney beans for 4 hours in Water.
  2. Transfer it in a pressure cooker. Add water and salt and close the lid.
  3. Pressure cook till 10 minutes after first whistle on medium flame. Switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically.
  4. Wash, peel and chop onion garlic, ginger, tomato and green chilli. Transfer it in a mixer and grind to a fine paste.
  5. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grinded paste in it and cook on low flame till it turn golden brown. It ay take 10-12 minutes.
  6. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, garam masala and rajma masala and mix well. Sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Now add boiled rajma in it with water in which it was boiled. Adjust the consistency of water if needed.
  8. Place the lid and pressure cook for 5 minutes after first whistle on medium flame. Switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically.
  9. Now open the lid and add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with chapatti or rice.
