- Prepare pinch roasted jeera
- Get pinch (black salt, black pepper, red chilli powder)
- Get 1 tsp sev any
- Get 2 tsp coriander leaves
Soft and fluffy Dahi Bhalla dunked in yogurt and topped with chutneys! No celebration in my home was complete without these lentil fritters! Heat oil at correct temperature: for the bhalla, the oil should be on medium heat. If too hot, the bhalle will become brown quickly but will be under-cooked from inside.

- Grind the dal in thick and smooth paste using 2-3 tsp water.
- Take out paste in bowl and whisk it with hands till fluffy
- In pan heat 1 tsp oil add jeera saute till cracking add matter, gobi and all ingredients and cook till dry and mashy.
- Heat oil in kadai, meanwhile take a plastic transparent sheet grease with water pour 2 tbsp paste of dal and spread with hand in small moon. Place 2 tsp of filling at half side and cover with half one like gujiya and fry it at medium heat.
- Repeat the process and make all gujiya bhallas with both filling.
- Meanwhile take 3 glass of water in another bowl add 2 tsp salt and mix. Soak all bhallas in this water for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Squeeze out gently all bhala and keep aside.
- For dahi bhalla.. when you want to serve add bhala in dahi for 10 minutes.
- Take a plate decorate soaked 2 bhala pour more dahi, put aalu, tomatoes, chutney, sprinkle all masalas and decorate with coriander leaves and sev. Enjoy and happy cooking
