  1. In a pan take 2 tbsp refined flour add 4 tbsp water mix well and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes untill it becomes thick and leave the pan.transfer into a bowl and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl take 1/4 cup lukewarm water add 1tbsp sugar mix well add yeast and mix.cover and leave it for ten minutes to activate.
  3. In a mixing bowl take refined flour add milk powder,3 tbsp sugar,salt mix well.now add the maida paste and activated yeast.mix all very well and knead it with adding butter little by little. Knead the dough for 7-8 minutes.when it turns light and soft put in a bowl and apply butter and cover it.keep aside for 1-2 hour in a warm place.
  4. For preparing the filling in a bowl take all the chopped vegies and add above spices.mix well.keep aside.
  5. After one hour take the dough knead again for 2-3 minutes. Then make the medium size balls from the dough.now take a balls press in the between put the filling mixture in it and cover from all side equally.prepare six ball like in this way.
  6. In a baking tray put one balls in the middle then put one by one ball to attach eachother.press lightly from all sides to fix it well.now apply little milk on it and sprinkle sesame seeds on it cover with a wet cotton cloth and leave it for ten minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven on 180 ° and put the tray in oven and bake the buns for 12-15 minutes on 180°.
