  2. In a mixing bowl take flour,milk powder, one tblsp sugar, and salt mix well.add yeast mixture and mix it.pour the milk little by little and knead it for 4-5 minutes. Add one tblsp butter and knead again for 2-3 minutes. Cover and keep aside in a warm place for one hour.
  3. After an hour knead the dough again by adding remaining butter for 2 minutes then make a medium size ball from the dough.prepare all the balls and cover and keep aside
  4. Now prepare the filling.take mawa in a bowl add sugar and nuts.take one ball roll it on an oval shape. In the 1/4 part of it fill the filling.leave the 1/3 part.in the remaining part cut the marks into strips but don't cut the edges. now roll it from the Filling side carefully and joint the two corners in the middle. press the corner by ur fingers that does not open.prepare all the corissant.apply some milk.
