  1. Take basmati rice and soaked in water for 30 mintue.take a kadhai on gas add 1 javitri,2 bay leaves,3green n 1 black cardamom,1stck dalchini stick 8 cloves and 1 star anise.add salt,2tbsp oil and soaked basmati rice.after15 m rice cooked n ready add 2tbsp ghee.

Take a kadhai add3 tbsp oil,2 tsp shai zira,cloves,2green cardamon,2bay leaves 1inch dalchini stick.saute all add sliced onions,chopped tomatoes,green mirch,ginger garlicpaste,carrots,cauliflower florets,green pea,salt to taste, saute all.add turmeric powder,coriander powder cumin powder red chilli powder.when all vegetables all cooked add yogurt,saute all well add green coriander leaves,covered with lid.15 min vegetables are ready.
  3. Now do layering,first take some vegi froam kadhai,add rice layer then add brown onions then pudina leaves,coriander leaves,saffron milk add kevra water drops.second layer same prosess. Now afetr tow layer kadhi covered with glass lid for slow flame now Basmati ready to eat.
