- Heat butter in a pan.Add jeera in it,as it starts splitting add ginger, garlic finely chopped and saute it.Now add chopped green chilly,chopped potatoes and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Now add salt,red chilly powder, garam masala,shahi biryani masala and mix them nicely.Add chopped tomatoes in it also add 1/4 th cup of water and let it boil for sometime.
- Now add cooked rice in it. Keep the lid closed for 5 min and Switch off the flame.
- Biryani is ready to be served,garnish it with corriander leaves.
