  3. Add needed water and make soft dough make 3-equal rounds. Knead each rounds while making Rotla. Make round 1/4- inches thickness round Rotla by tapping with palm.
  4. Heat a tava on slow flame cook both sides of Rotla applying water on top side of Rotla and cook till crisp from top and soft from inside. Apply ghee on topper side pricking with so that ghee spreads well inside also.
