  4. Now take a pan add butter then add maida and bay leaf. Roast a little until it turns aromatic. Keep the flame low. Now add milk and mix well to avoid lumps. Then add salt and pepper
  5. Let it give a boil, now add the pureed spinach and keep cooking on low to medium flame for 3-4 mins. Add little oregano for extra taste.
