- Mix bean paste and soya sauce to make sauce mix well.
- Once the shallot turn brown, add the sauce around the edge of the wok.
- Add sugar, salt, chili flakes.
- Add rest of oil into the wok. Add peppercorn in.
- Add pinch of five spices powder.
- Cook for another 3 mins.
- Serve.
