- Make ready 1/2 cup boiled corn

Steps to make Roti Croquettes:
- Fisrtly take 3 cooked rotis into a plate.Cut into small pieces.
- Then blend it into smooth powder and take it into a plate and keep it aside.
- Now take a bowl add boiled peas,corn and potatoes to it and with hand scrumble into rough mould.
- Add this veggies to roti powder and mix it well.
- Then add chopped onions,carrot,coriander leaves and green chillies.Mix it well.
- Now add salt and jeera to it and mix well.
- Roll it into oval shape then bind it in corn flour paste and then roll it on breadcrumbs.
- Heat a pan add oil and when oil gets heated fry these rolls in medium flame till rolls turns into brown colour.
- Once it is done take it into serving plate and have it with tomato sauce.
