Instructions to make Sweetcorn Rice Croquettes:
  1. Keep the Ingredients ready.
  2. In a pan add Ghee and oil.Heat on Medium flame.Add Chopped onion.saute till it becomes soft.
  3. Now add refined flour (maida) Saute to Roast it nicely.
  4. Now add milk.Mix well.
  5. Add crushed corn.
  6. Add salt, black pepper Powder and nutmeg powder.Mix and stirr till the mixture becomes thick.
  7. Addcooked rice,Coriander leaves and chilli flakes.Stirr and mixture well to form the perfect dough for croquettes.when thick off the flame.Take out the mixture in a Plate and let it cool.
  8. Now take 1 tbsp dough and with greased hand give the shape as shown in the picture.
  9. Take fine vermicelli in a Plate and coat all croquettes with vermicelli.
  10. Heat the oil in a wok on Medium flame.slide in the vermicelli coated croquettes in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.Take out the Fried croquettes and Serve hot.
  11. Serve with tomato ketchup and salad.
