Steps to make Rice Croquettes:
  1. Firstly boil peel and grate the potatoes.
  2. Now grate the carrot
  3. Take a mixing bowl put the cooked rice and mashed it nicely with your hands.
  4. Now add the grated potatoes carrot breadcrumbs and besan.
  5. Add all the other spices coriander leaves and mix it well to make a dough.
  6. Now take some mixture and make cylindrical shape.
  7. In this way keep all the rolls ready in equal size.
  8. Now churn the cornflakes in mixer and put it in a plate.
  9. Take a small bowl mix maida and cornflour in half cup water.
  10. Mix it well see that there are no lumps.
  11. It should not be very thick nor very liquid.
  12. Now dip the croquettes into flour, which is mixed with water and then in churned cornflakes.
  13. Continue doing this till the entire dough gets over..
  14. Keep the croquettes in fridge for 30-40 mins.
  15. Now fry the croquettes in oil till golden on both sides..
  16. Drain on a paper towel. - Serve hot with ketchup.
