- Cut onion and tomato in square shape. Grate carrot, cabbage and cucumber.
- Boil chicken with ginger garlic, black pepper and salt. Then chop into small pieces.
- In another bowl take dressing ingredients and mix it well.
- Cut capsicum from center. Then join carrot slices with toothpick to 3 sides. Prepare another capsicum like this. Join this two capsicum with cucumber piece and toothpick.
- Mix all the veggies and chicken into dressing.
- Put into freeze for 30 minutes.
- Put this salad in capsicum train. Serve chilled.
