- Prepare 2 spoon red chilli powder
- Make ready 1/2 spoon haldi powder,dhaniya powder,jeera powder,garam masala
- Get 3-4 bay leaves
- Take to taste Salt
- Prepare 2 onion and tomato
- Get as needed oil or as according
- Take as needed Fresh dhaniya patta
- Take 2tsp ginger garlic paste
Steps to make Stuffed egg plant (brinjal):
- First wash the brinja make a + cut from the back side but join from end
- Put the brinjals in water
- Dry roast peanut,chana daal, coconut and khada dhaniya,laung,elaichi,dalchini
- Cool it and make powder of it add little bit salt,oil,red chilli powder and garam masala in it
- Stuffing is ready….now make 2 part of stuffing
- Fill one part of stuffing in the brinjals now shallow fry all the brinjals for 10 min
- In a pan put oil. Heat it.Now add jeera and ginger garlic paste Cook it on low flame
- Then add all the masalas along with the salt…mix it…now add the one part of left stuffing in it cook for 5 min
- Add the fried stuffed brinjals in it put water adjust contensancy
- Cover the pan Cook for 15 min your stuffed egg plant (brinjals)is ready
- Garnish with dhaniya patti
