  2. Take Maggi
  3. Get Salt

Steps to make Beans,plantain and pap:
  1. FOR THE BEANS: Pick beans, wash and place on heat to cook.
  2. When beans is soft, add onions, Maggi and salt. Allow to cook till all ingredients incorporate very well, Set down.
  3. FOR THE STEW: Wash fish, place in a pot. Add Maggi, onions salt and your choice spice, leave for 10 mins to marinate.
  4. Place fish on heat to cook for 5 mins. Set aside
  5. Blend tomatoes, fresh pepper, onions not too smooth. Set aside.
  6. Place pot on heat, add vegetable oil, allow to heat up, add little salt, sliced onion then add your blended ingredients. Fry till your tomatoes starts to stick to the bottom of the pot.
  7. Add your stock and fish, Stir.
  8. Add maggi cubes and any spice of your choice, stir and allow to cook for 5 mins. Set down.
  9. FOR THE PLANTIAN: Wash and peel plantian, slice into a bowl sprinkle a little bit of salt mix properly.
  10. Set pan on heat.
  11. Pour vegetable oil into pan, allow to heat, add plantain and fry till it's golden yellow, turn to the other side and fry as well. Set aside.
  12. FOR THE PAP: put some water into a kettle, set on heat to boil,
  13. Mix fresh pap with a little bit of water. Add boiled water to fresh pap until it thickens to a desirable consistency.
  14. Add sugar to pap stir properly, then add liquid milk.
  15. Plate your food relax and enjoy.
