- Now if required add a little amount of water. Add salt as per taste. Don't over mix the batter.
- Grease the Idali pan/stand and add batter in that and give a steam. For first 6 minutes keep high flame afterwards steam on low flame for 6 minutes. Now remove the stand and remove idlies.
