- Add boiled corn, ginger chilli paste, salt, pinch of asafoetida to batter, mix well. Now add 1/4 tsp baking soda and 1tsp water on baking soda again mix well.
- Pour 3 ladle batter into greased thali, sprinkle chilli flakes on it and steam for 15 minutes and serve.
